Anneke van Giersbergen has a wunderful voice. This isn’t a secret since her time as vocalist of THE GATHERING. For a long time the likable Dutch vocalist has an enthusiastic, loyal and ever-growing fan base. Her new project alongside Arjen Anthony Lucassen (e.g. AYERON and STAR ONE) is called THE GENTLE STORM and doesn’t lack in quality compared to the high level both musicians have shown in their previous careers. The double album „THE GENTLE STORM“, with its very interesting concept, will be released in the end of March and Anneke will present these songs together with a high-class live combo at our festival!
